Mandate
...Gateway Society Services for Persons with Autism is a CARF accredited agency with a thirty two year history of service to persons who have a diagnosis of Autism; Developmental Disability with Autistic Characteristics and/or Behavioural Challenges; Aspergers’ Syndrome; Pervasive Developmental Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified; Fragile X Syndrome; Rett's Syndrome; Mucopolysaccharidosis; Tuberous Sclerosis; Phenylketonuria; Congenital Rubella Syndrome; and Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, FASD and adults with PDD and FASDa who so not have intellectual disabilities.

Quality Assurance
Gateway Society is committed to the provision of high quality programs and services to the persons we serve and their families. At the same time that Gateway Society strives to serve persons in a holistic and best practice approach as we Aspire to ExcellenceTM. Input from persons served and their families is integral to continual improvement planning and outcomes measurement. The persons we serve and their families have the right to raise concerns, advocate for better individualized service, make suggestions or lodge complaints about the quality of care of Gateway’s programs and services without fear of jeopardizing their services, have confidentiality maintained throughout the process, and may choose to have a support person or advocate involved.
